As we cannot predict how many exhibitors will register in each category allocation of sites to exhibitors in particular areas cannot be guaranteed. General Information for Exhibitors Site registration, site allocation and payment process
Exhibitors are requested to nominate the one or two categories that they think best fits their organisation. There is also an option to nominate a particular site number or site characteristic (eg mid-row preferred, close to exhibitor xxxx, etc) for exhibitors who have a particular site preference.
The ‘first come’ principle will still apply, with sites being allocated to exhibitors in order of receipt of registration. When all sites are allocated a waiting list will be established. Exhibitors are encouraged to submit registrations and bookings as early as possible. Bookings will be by means of an interactive web site whereby Exhibitors will be required to select their all requirements including number of sites, furniture, power and catering. The cost of the selection will automatically generated and payment can be by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
Site allocation will be made on receipt of payment.

Booth Screens With the exception of sites 102- 108 and 109- 116, booths will be provided with back screens and a 1m side screen to separate Exhibitors (end sites will not have a 1m screen on their open sides). In cases where more than two adjacent sites are taken by one exhibitor some side screens may be included to provide stability. Tables / Chairs Exhibitors are requested to indicate their requirements for tables and chairs when registering (Tables are 1.8m x 750mm, folding tables). These tables and chairs are provided at no extra cost. Modems It has been found that the past practice of providing modems at cost to exhibitors, who wished to connect to the internet has been not always reliable. Therefore, exhibitors who require internet connection should make their own arrangements with their providers to have a suitable 3G wireless facility. With a single comuter this could be a 3G wireless broadband modem or where there are several computers it could be a 3G modem router (gateway) connected to the computers by Wi-Fi and /or ethernet cable.
Booth Furniture / Fittings Items of booth furniture (other than the tables and chairs provided by the Canberra Careers Market) and specialty fittings are available through SBX Pty Ltd, the company contracted to do the booth screening. Exhibitors should contact sbx direct to make their own arrangements for items required.
