General Information for Exhibitors
Site registration, site allocation and payment process

Exhibitors are requested to nominate the one or two categories that they think best fits their organisation. There is also an option to nominate a particular site number or site characteristic (eg mid-row preferred, close to exhibitor xxxx, etc) for exhibitors who have a particular site preference.

The ‘first come’ principle will still apply, with sites being allocated to exhibitors in order of receipt of registration. When all sites are allocated a waiting list will be established.

Exhibitors are encouraged to submit registrations and bookings as early as possible. Bookings will be by means of an interactive web site whereby Exhibitors will be required to select their all requirements including number of sites, furniture, power and catering. The cost of the selection will automatically generated and payment can be by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.

Site allocation will be made on receipt of payment.

Items of booth furniture (other than the tables and chairs provided by the Canberra Careers Market) and specialty fittings are available through SBX Pty Ltd, the company contracted to do the booth screening.
